2006-2007 Open report
Registration of a 470 failed to produce a regular starter.
Undeterred, Bruce and Barry continued to persevere with the 14-foot skiff. As we had only one Flying 11 registered and some weeks with no starters in the 420 fleet, is this the time to declare a minimum registration to continue to be classed as a fleet?
So don't sit on the verandah, come and put the system to the test. As a matter of optimism over observation, I'm still "opin" to form an Open fleet in 2008.
